Description: Situated in arguably Mackay’s best beachfront land parcel, the Denman Avenue Residence is a meticulously custom design.
The fundamental aspect of the Denman Avenue Residence’s design was to capture the extraordinary beach views to nearby Green Island and beyond. An open door is key to family life of our clients, and room to accommodate hordes of relatives and friends for weekend and special occasions heavily influenced the building design. A further consideration was to develop both clearly defined “party” spaces and “private” spaces, and thus the dual winged design was created.
Tropical outdoor living was achieved on a grand scale, with both the alfresco and pool deck are designed to capture the best possible beach views.
